Mrs. Candida Arneaud is a well-respected, innovative and multi-talented Executive with twenty-two (22) years career experience and competence in Education, Training, Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Customer Service, Events Planning, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Research, Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management.  She is valued for her pioneering solutions and being able to build strong relationships between organizations and their stakeholders leading to performance and success.

Simultaneously she privately tutored several Undergraduate and Post Graduate students in Business Research Methods for their final Dissertation or Thesis submission from top Tertiary Institutions in Trinidad and Tobago.  As such Mrs.  Arneaud is well-known for her business acumen and ability to inspire and develop talent. 

She has also committed herself to the Financial Co-operative Sector gaining seasoned experience thus advancing into a successful Co-operative Leader.  This was achieved over 10 years, growing from Education Committee Member to Chairman, to Director to Assistant Secretary to the Board. She currently serves as the elected President and Chairman, of the Executive Committee of Servol Credit Union Co-operative Society Limited, where she has been re-elected for the past 7 years driving successfully strategic change and organization transformation.  As President, she spearheads all policies that ensures all Co-operative Division, Financial Intelligence Unit and Board of Inland Revenue compliance.

Mrs Arneaud is committed to and relies on the support of her loving husband and business partner, her beautiful daughter and her spirituality. She believes in strong causes, supporting civil society entities that protect the vulnerable against abuse and discrimination.

She holds a M.B.A, in Executive Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation and a B.A.  Hons in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, UK.   She is also an accredited C.S.S, Customer Service Specialist from ETA International, USA. Other local certifications are held for Counselling, Mediation Skills, Labour Laws, Emotional Intelligence, Prevention and Detection of Fraud, Anti-Money Laundering and FACTA.
